Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with AI Prompt Library, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. It does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or subsequent purchases.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period:

1. Email us at hello@aipromptlibrary.app
2. Use the subject line "Refund Request"
3. Include the email address associated with your account

We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

3. After the 14-Day Period

After the 14-day money-back guarantee period has passed:

• No refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription
• Downgrading your plan does not entitle you to a refund for the difference

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged again after cancellation
• Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
• No refund is issued for the remaining time in your current billing period

5. Digital Downloads and Prompt Bundles

Prompt bundles, template packs, and other one-time digital download purchases are non-refundable once the content has been delivered or accessed. By completing a bundle purchase, you acknowledge that:

• Digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase
• Once delivered, the content cannot be "returned" as it has already been accessed
• You waive any right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply under consumer protection regulations for digital content

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing purchased content, contact us and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.

6. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds outside of the 14-day guarantee period in the following circumstances:

• Extended service outages that materially affect your ability to use the product
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Other exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis

7. Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for the same 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 14 days, lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable.
